Digital Patient Billing
Beginning September 2025, Community Memorial Healthcare will offer digital patient billing along with new updated billing statements. We are now delivering communications via email, text, or mail. You will always be able to control how you are receiving these and can change your preferences at any time.
Updated Statements WILL Include:
Physician Clinics, Hospital, and Occupational/Physical/Speech therapies all on one statement.
Guarantor billing keeps charges for all family members on the same statement.
More detailed description of the charges.
Statement WILL NOT Include:
Any services still pending with insurance.
Home Health charges.
Cardiac Rehabilitation charges.
Any charges for outside specialties i.e. Referral Physicians, Radiologists, etc.
ADVANTAGES TO DIGITAL BILLING:
* Increased convenience to you by making the payment process easier.
* Reduces paper waste.
* With digital communications, it is easier and faster to view and pay any statement.
* Gives you a more individualized experience. No two patients are the same, so you should be communicated with in the ways that work best for you.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
If your mobile phone or email information is on file with us, you will receive a text or email notifying you a statement is available along with instructions to access your account and make a payment.
If you do not have a mobile phone or email address on file with us, a traditional paper statement will be mailed to you. If you receive a paper statement in the mail but would prefer to be notified via digital methods, the statement will have instructions to make these changes.
If you are signed up for the MyCareCorner patient portal to view your medical records, you will now be able to access your statements through the portal as well.
CAN I STILL MAKE A PAYMENT AT THE HOSPITAL?
Absolutely! If you prefer to pay in person by cash, check, or credit/debit card you can do so at the patient accounts office cashier window located in the main lobby of the hospital.
