Designed as a health and wellness program for people 50 and older, Sterling Connection members can attend the CMH Brunch Bunch, the hospital's monthly program series that features a healthy brunch and guest speaker. The brunch is held the first Wednesday of each month from 10-11 a.m. in the CMH South Plaza Conference Room. Brunch is served at 9:45 a.m., and costs $5. Please RSVP for each month's program to Pam Harrison, Administrative Assistant & Foundation Director, by the Tuesday afternoon prior.
