CMH participates in "Sterling Connection, Enriching Lives Over 50," a program of Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE. Sterling Connection is a comprehensive program of health related services for people age 50 and older. It offers a unique array of benefits designed to provide members with resources to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
As part of Sterling Connection, CMH sponsors monthly luncheon programs (Lunch Bunches) featuring a healthy meal and guest speaker. All Sterling Connection members in the Marysville area will be invited to the monthly luncheon series. Cost of lunch is $5.00.
Our next Lunch Bunch, Wednesday, July 5, 2017, features Physical Therapist Laura Thoreson, DPT. Her program is entitled 'Parkinson's Disease & LSVT BIG program: How Moving BIG means Moving Better.'
