Event: Loss of a Child Grief Support Group
Location: South Plaza Conference Room
Description: This month the Loss of a Child Grief Support group will have a meeting and candlelight service. Loss of a Child Grief Support Group was established for individuals who have suffered the loss of a child. If you have experienced the loss of a child of any age, please feel free to join us. You may be a parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle. The support group will provide an opportunity to talk about your child and your feelings, and is a place to speak freely, knowing that you won’t be judged and that what you say is confidential. Cheryl Stohs, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Community Physicians Clinic, serves as the group leader. Information on grief will be available, but the main emphasis will be on supporting each other through this life changing event.
