CMH participates in "Sterling Connection, Enriching Lives Over 50," a program of Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE. Sterling Connection is a comprehensive program of health related services for people age 50 and older. It offers a unique array of benefits designed to provide members with resources to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
As part of Sterling Connection, CMH sponsors monthly luncheon programs (Lunch Bunches) featuring a healthy meal and guest speaker. All Sterling Connection members in the Marysville area will be invited to the monthly luncheon series. Cost of lunch is $5.00.
Our next Lunch Bunch, Wednesday, October 1, 2014, features Erin Williams, Licensed and Registered dietician, who serves as the CMH Dietary Director. Her program is entitled 'Staying Healthy through the Holidays! Please make reservations for Lunch Bunch by Tuesday, September 30th by calling CMH. |
