If you need your sports physical for school sports this fall, come to Marysville Clinic Thursday, July 17th from 6-8 PM. Marysville Clinic family physicians Joe Hawkins, MD, and Shane Thoreson, MD, and nurse practitioner Linda Bott, APRN-C, will be giving sports physicals for students. Cost is $25.00. All students are welcome--no need to be a patient of Marysville Clinic. Registration is not necessary. Sports physicals will be done on a first come, first serve basis. Physical forms will be available at the clinic. Note: Sports physicals are not insurance billable.
